MY Goals for MY health!!
1.
Lose weight: I have lost a few pounds here and
there, but that’s because my weight does go up and down a little. I am
currently 266. Last week, it was 269. 20 pounds is my goal, but finding time
and being consistent is easier said than done.
2.
Drink more water. I love tea, coffee and uh,
yes, I sip a kindred spirit every now and again. And because of all this, my
skin is breaking out again and I’m starting to feel super sluggish and tired
all the time. Time to cut it all, sodas, tea and caffeine.
3.
Junk less. I love junk food. Cashews are my
favorite and may be the unhealthiest of the family of nuts.
4.
Get moving. I try to talk my bf into taking a
walk with me, but I may just have to beat myself into getting up and going to
the gym, before my day gets hectic.
5.
Try to get more sleep. Ugh, I have it honest. My
mother was up all night and sleep all day while I was in the womb. Now I am the
exact same way (I’m sleepy right now because of no sleep last night). Lack of
sleep can definitely do harm so I have to do something about it.
I’m going to do my research on how to develop and maintain
healthy eating habits, workout habits and positive self-motivation. I have so
many distractions (school, family issues, relationship issues, personal demons,
etc.) and it is definitely hard trying to deal with all that while trying to
keep one’s sanity.
